The Student Exchange Society is a student group that has two main aims:

If you’re thinking about going on exchange, or are keen to meet students from all around the world, get in touch with us.

If you like the sound of winery tours, trips to see Aussie Rules footy, salsa dancing, pub crawls, karaoke and heaps more, you’ve come to the right place.

Less 18/02/2011: Payment for events

As you know most events are free!  However, for the few that do cost you need to pay via the unilife e-store.  Unfortunately, due to events outside our control, new items can not be listed in the e-store at the moment and so our events are not there.  Unlife is working on the problem and we hope to have it all up a running very soon!  Until then, payments can not be made.  We apologise for the inconvenience.

More 14/02/2011: Let the fun begin!

Once again welcome!  Join us at the pub at 7pm on Tuesday night so we can welcome you to Adelaide in the normal Aussie fashion.  There'll be cheap beer, free food (while it lasts) and of course good company.  A great chance to meet both each other and other students from UniSA.

Check out our events here!

More 02/02/2011: Welcome all new Exchange and Local Students!!

Yes, we're still here, and getting ready for another awesome semester both at beach, bars and various other places for which we can have a bit of fun.

We'll still finalizing the program of events, but as always our welcome week will be a big one!  It all kicks of on the 15th of Feb.  If you're a new exchange/study abroad student you'll see us first at your information session that day at Uni.  Then for ALL students, local, new, continuing etc we'll head off to the pub in the evening to say welcome in the Australian way.  Details on this soon!

Once again welcome and we hope to meet you all very soon!

Any questions feel free to email us at: exchangesociety@unisa.edu.au

PS: Wondering what is good Australian music?  Australia just voted on their top 100 songs of 2010, and about half were Australian.  See the wikipedia page which shows where each band is from for all 100 songs.
